The Fulton & Friends with Joomak Banjum
The Fulton is introducing a new series of collaboration dinners, The Fulton and Friends. Chefs Jean-Georges and Noah Poses will partner with a selection of New York-based chefs to host evenings of cocktails, wine, canapés and courses. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to City Harvest to champion their efforts in providing food for struggling New Yorkers.
Debuting this series, Chef Jiho Kim of Joomak Banjum will be joining Chef Noah Poses on a six-course menu of signature and seasonal dishes from each restaurant. They worked together for four years at The Modern, propelling the restaurant to achieve Two Michelin Stars and numerous accolades.
