SHINE
NYCxDESIGN Festival is an annual, citywide celebration that highlights hundreds of events – from exhibits and trade shows to talks and tours – drawing design enthusiasts from around the globe. As the city’s most influential design event, the festival provides a dynamic platform for diverse voices in design. Independently hosted events span across studios, showrooms, retail spaces, auditoriums, schools, museums, and public spaces throughout New York City.
The Seaport is honored to host SHINE: the 2026 iteration of the NYCxDESIGN Festival exhibitions. It features original light objects by 70 designers exploring craft, technology, personal expression, and function.
