Easter egg hunt + Crafts
Saturday, April 8 | 11:00am (registration opens at 10:00am) | Seaport Square
Bring the kids for a traditional egg hunt in the neighborhood. Follow the hunt with more fun including Easter bunny selfies, thanks to the Seaport partners at Mommy Poppins and Brooklyn Bridge Parents. Kids are invited to join three art projects—making spring flowers, bunny hats and tie-dye paper eggs—and pull up a seat at a Lego Table.*
Traditional Ukrainian Egg Decorating Workshops
Saturday, April 8 | 11:00am & 5:00pm | Malibu Farm
In these workshops hosted by Private Picasso, participants will learn how to decorate their own Easter Eggs using a traditional Ukrainian technique involving beeswax . Each student will create their own Pysanka (Ukrainian Easter Egg) and leave with directions for how to recreate the experience on their own. The workshop for children 6 years old and up includes a family-style brunch and the adult workshop includes a family-style dinner menu and a cocktail.
Proceeds will benefit UNICEF – Support Children and Families in Ukraine.
SPRING FLOWER SCAVENGER HUNT

Join the Seaport Museum in welcoming the season of awakening and sunshine with a timely fun-filled scavenger hunt aboard the 1885 tall ship Wavertree. To mark the season and commemorate Wavertree’s intercontinental crossings, this scavenger hunt challenges people of all ages to find illustrations of flowers hidden throughout the decks of this historical three-masted cargo ship.
The event is free, and advanced registration is required.
Pearl Alley Festivities

Face-painters. Stilt walkers. Live jazz and cocktails for the grown-ups. Keep the fun going following the Easter Egg Hunt at Pier 17. The Waterfront Bar at Pearl Alley is the perfect place to regroup, refuel and savor Brooklyn Bridge views. Mingle with costumed characters for holiday photo opps, play arcade games and enjoy lunch or lunch bites, paired with a selection of inventive cocktails.
