Get your blood pumping. Fight for a better you. HIIT The Deck is a high-intensity boxing-inspired workout. The class’s combination of boxing, core and conditioning will get you sweating — and on track to knock out your mental and physical goals.
Classes are free, but reservations are encouraged. Reservations release monthly. Walk-ups are welcome, if space allows.
