HIIT The Deck S+33

It’s time to HIIT The Deck – in the studio – with boxing-inspired high intensity workouts. Get your blood pumping. Strengthen your core. Getting 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise a week can help reduce your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes, say NewYork-Presbyterian experts. HIIT The Deck makes it fun.

Classes are free, but registration is required. Limited spots available. Class reservations release weekly. 

Please note that signing an onsite waiver is required. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your class to complete this process.
