Plus-Up S+30 obé FITNESS

Sculpt. Tone. And get ready for those reps! Our August Seaport Fit Plus-Up class is obé Fitness’s signature SCULPT workout, which will leave you feeling like a rockstar. Instructors Spencer J and Sam G will lead this high-energy 45-minute session, featuring sequences aimed at fatiguing each muscle group. You’ll tone up, feel the burn, and then enjoy a 10-minute cooldown. With your leaders’ hip-hop moves and Broadway background, you can count on feel-good vibes to keep you motivated throughout the session. Proceeds from class will be donated to New York Cares, which helps meet pressing needs in the city via caring volunteer service.

No equipment needed. Mats will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Feel free to bring your own mat.
