Yep, Rachel Fitness’s signature 30-minute class proves that half an hour a day is all you need to commit to a workout that can change your body and your mind. This special Seaport Fit Plus-Up event gives you the chance to try the Rachel Fitness workout, which exploded during the pandemic and now draws a faithful following on her online home.

Tickets are $20 each and proceeds of ticket sales will be donated to amfAR, whose mission is to end the global AIDS epidemic through innovative research.

No equipment needed. Mats will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Feel free to bring your own mat.
