Turkey. Yams. Pumpkin pie. The menu may be a given, but what if you can’t decide who’s in charge of the kitchen this Thanksgiving? We say leave it to the experts.

Take the day off and enjoy a gourmet holiday meal at one of the Seaport’s restaurants—the finest in New York. Here’s a sneak peek at the irresistible Thanksgiving spreads available at The Fulton, Carne Mare, and Malibu Farm.

Thanksgiving at The Fulton

Yes, The Fulton by Jean-Georges is renowned for its seafood. But you can still get the traditional turkey on Thanksgiving. The roasted bird—just one of a generous serving of options on The Fulton’s three-course prix-fixe menu—is served with sourdough mushroom stuffing, mashed potatoes, a cranberry compote, Brussels sprouts and gravy. Seafood appetizers and mains include a petite seafood plateau, yellowfin tuna tartare, Faroe Island salmon, and Swordfish Milanese. For dessert? Fall favorites like fig tart, apple tart tatin, and a roasted pumpkin sundae.

The Fulton’s three-course, prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu is available from 12–8pm on Thursday, November 25th, for $168 per person and $84 for children under 10.

Thanksgiving at Carne Mare

For true holiday indulgence and cozy fall vibes, book a table at Carne Mare. The star of the three-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner is the Porchetta-Spiced Turkey Breast with chestnut stuffing, cranberry and orange sauce. But there are plenty of other fall favorites to choose from, too. Antipasti choices include golden sunchoke soup with black truffle gnocchetti and a Wagyu beef tartare. Sea bass and a selection of steaks are on offer for secondi—with sides like honeynut squash and roasted Brussels sprouts served family style. Don’t forget to save room for dolce—whether that’s a classic like pumpkin pie or panna cotta or 17-layer chocolate cake or the baked spumoni for two.

Carne Mare’s Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu is available from 1pm–9pm on Thursday, November 25th, for $135 per person, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity. Wine pairings are available for each course at an additional cost. Chef Andrew Carmellini’s Thanksgiving Takeaway Feast, plus seasonal pies and desserts can also be pre-ordered for pick-up.

Thanksgiving at Malibu Farm

In addition to Chef Helene Henderson’s veggie-forward all-day menu, Malibu Farm is offering a host of festive specials throughout the day on Thanksgiving. We’re talking creamy butternut squash soup and the best of autumn harvest—squash, mushroom farro risotto, and spinach bechamel. The herb-roasted turkey plate comes with whipped Yukon potatoes, country gravy, an organic cranberry compote and chestnut mushroom stuffing; and you can also order sides that include oven-baked yams, and Fat Apple Farm bacon and Brussels. Pastry Chef Paola Marocchi’s bourbon pecan pie joins a roasted pumpkin sundae on the dessert menu—and you can also pre-order her traditional Thanksgiving pies, including the bourbon pecan, pumpkin, and apple caramel crumb pie for pickup and delivery. (The last day to order is Saturday, November 20th).

Reservations for Thursday, November 25th are available from 12pm–9:30pm, with Thanksgiving specials priced a la carte.

Thanksgiving at Home—with Fresh Local Produce & Pies

If you do decide to helm Thanksgiving yourself, make things that much easier—and more delicious—with Fulton Stall Market’s Thanksgiving CSA Farm Share. Options from local farmers and producers include antibiotic and hormone-free Thanksgiving turkeys from DiPaola Turkey Farms in New Jersey; a Thanksgiving produce box of “fixin’s” from Rogowski Farm featuring cranberries, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and many other veggies; and a vegan squash, vegetables and sourdough casserole prepared by Chef Hannah Ronson of Fulton Stall Market’s Seasonal Kitchen.

Since it’s not Thanksgiving without holiday pies, you can also order apple, pumpkin, sour cherry, blueberry, peach raspberry, cranberry walnut and pecan pies (some varieties in gluten-free options) from Breezy Hill Orchard and a black rum cake from Pudding Pan Desserts. Additional desserts, dinner rolls, ciders, and seasonal pantry items are also available.

Pricing and ordering information is available at Fulton Stall Market’s website. Orders must be placed by 5pm, Friday November 19, and pick-up is between 3pm–6pm on Tuesday, November 23.
