Seaport Kids S+25 Springtopia
Spring flowers. Fresh air. And Easter crafts and photo opps. It’s time to brush off the winter blues and celebrate a new season at Seaport Kids x Springtopia on Saturday, March 30, in partnership with Mommy Poppins and Brooklyn Bridge Parents. With free and ticketed events at both Seaport Square and on The Rooftop at Pier 17, there’s plenty of afternoon activities to keep kids busy—and spark their creative sides.
The agenda at Seaport Square includes dance parties with Hypedance, face painting, spring wreath-making, egg races, and opportunities for selfies with the Easter Bunny. Tickets for The Rooftop at Pier 17 event provides access to spring cookie decorating, egg basket creation, and an egg hunt. RSVP now to save your spot.
Children of all ages are welcome (suggested ages 3-9), and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Supplies will be provided, so just bring your imagination.

A ticket to the exclusive events on The Rooftop gives kids access to one of two egg hunt sessions, as well as spring cookie decorating and egg basket bedazzling.

Come welcome Spring with the South Street Seaport Museum’s fun-filled scavenger hunt aboard the 1885 tall ship Wavertree. To mark the season and commemorate the ship’s intercontinental crossings, this hunt challenges people of all ages to find illustrations of flowers hidden throughout the decks of this historical three-masted cargo ship. Those who find all the flowers will even receive a small prize! Advanced registration is encouraged.
Author and Art Storytime
March 30 | 11:30am–12:30pm | McNally Jackson Seaport
Join McNally Jackson Books for a special meet and greet with phenomenal author and illustrator Colter Jackson! She’s launching her newest triumph, Everyday Brave, a book about finding your footing and facing your fears. Colter will read, sign books, and help kids create their own 3-D inner animals. Perfect for kids 4 to 10, but all ages are welcome. Hosted by Yvonne Brooks. All supplies will be provided, and no RSVP is required.
