Seaport Cinema is back – and this year it’s all about you! You voted for the movies you want to see and we’re putting them up on the big screen. We’ve got the perfect spot ready, so head up to The Rooftop at Pier 17 for great movies (all music themed) and surprises throughout the season.
What’s a movie night without food? Enjoy snacks and drinks during the movie, available for purchase at the concessions stands.
RSVP to let us know you are coming. RSVP does not guarantee entry. Entry is first come, first served based on capacity.
Doors open at 5:00pm. Chairs only available for ADA qualified attendees so please bring your own blankets and chairs to lay out on the turf. RSVP to get the most up to date information and special offers throughout the season.

The Seaport is home to an impressive lineup of restaurants for a pre- or post-show meal, but you can also enjoy a variety of food options at the concessions stands or pre-purchase a gourmet picnic package.

Enjoy a meal from one of the Seaport restaurants, picnic-style. Add-on options are available for pre-purchasing when you RSVP for the free movie, and you’ll be able to pick up this delicious dinner spread on The Rooftop at Pier 17 when you arrive. Picnic packages change monthly.

Does my RSVP guarantee entry?
No, your ticket does not guarantee entry. Entry is first come, first served based on capacity.
When do doors open?
Doors open at 5:00pm. You may come early, but will not be checked in until that time. Thank you for your cooperation.
Can I bring my own drinks?
NO outside beverages are allowed. There will be beverage onsite for purchase if desired.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! Attendees are allowed to bring outside food. Please explore the Seaport website for dining and take away options nearby.
Can I enter after the movie begins at 7:30pm?
We will not allow entry once the movie begins after 7:30pm.
Will there be a chair for me to sit in?
This year, we will only have turf for seating, with chairs available ONLY for ADA qualified attendees. Please bring your own seating to ensure you are comfortable throughout the program.
Can I bring my dog?
Only licensed service animals are allowed on the rooftop. We apologize to your furry friends.
Is it rain or shine?
Unfortunately, if inclement weather, the show will be cancelled. We hope to see you at our next screening!
