Bastille Day Celebration

Cochon de Lait. Eclairs. Can-can dancers! Prepare your palate for a fabulous fête nationale française — aka Bastille Day — on Sunday, July 14. Tin Building by Jean-Georges is the place to be for the ultimate foodie celebration of all things French this Bastille Day, with pastry tastings, bistro brunch offerings, Hugo Spritzes and Kir Royales, along with live entertainment.

Start your day with T. Café’s signature croissants and special Tricolore Raspberry-Vanilla Custard Eclairs, or make a reservation for a brunch of classic French fare at T. Brasserie.

In the afternoon, head to Tin’s marketplace, right outside of Spoiled Parrot, where Executive Pastry Chef Rory McDonald will be demonstrating how to make a signature Croquembouche at 2 PM. The afternoon of deliciousness continues at 3 PM with a tasting of Chef Jacques Torres’ signature products.

Then, from 4 to 7 PM, you’re invited to salute Bastille Day with us at the Outdoor Bar with a Cochon de Lait sampling, live NOLA-style brass band, can-can dancers, and Kir Royales and Hugo Spritzes available for purchase.
