Costumes. Candy. Cobblestones.  Suit up and celebrate Halloween this weekend. From trick or treating to the Pumpkin Arch, there’s fun for all.

Saturday, October 30

11:00am–6:00pm      Hester Street Fair

WHERE: Seaport Square

WHAT: Good vibes only. Vintage, gifts, food, music—and a costume contest for the grownups.

 

11:30am–5:00pm      Fulton Stall Market: Saturday Outdoor Market

WHERE: Fulton St. at South St.

WHAT: Cider. Fall produce. Baked goods. All of it from local farmers and producers.

 

12:00–5:00pm           Trick or Treating at the Seaport

WHERE: Fulton St.

WHAT: That timeless Halloween tradition. Consult the digital Trick or Treat map and send the kids into Seaport businesses for candy treats. There are treats for the grownups, too: Enjoy a live DJ on the Fulton Street Stage and seasonal drink specials at Garden Bar.

 

12:00pm–2:00pm     Haunted Halloween Books

WHERE: McNally Jackson Books, 4 Fulton St.

WHAT: Ghosts and ghouls galore. In the pages of your very own kids’ book. Bring the littles for some outdoor arts and crafts and go home with a homemade Halloween Book. McNally Jackson will have supplies. Costumes welcome.

 

12:00–4:00pm          Pumpkin Painting with the South Street Seaport Museum

WHERE: Pier 16

WHAT: Kids’ creativity unleashed. Fun with paint and delightful decorative pumpkins.

 

Sunday, October 31

12:00–5:00pm           Halloween Block Party with Trick or Treating

WHERE: Fulton St.

WHAT: Live music. Face painting from 1:00–3:00pm. This is how we Halloween at the Seaport—with trick or treating for the kids and refreshing treats available at Garden Bar for adults.

 

12:00–4:00pm          Pumpkin Painting with the South Street Seaport Museum

WHERE: Fulton St.

WHAT: Kids’ creativity unleashed. Fun with paint and delightful decorative pumpkins.

12:00pm–1:00pm     Kalamata’s Diwali Adventure

WHERE: Tagmo, 226 Front St.

WHAT: Book reading and signing. With a mithai tasting. Join Chef Surbhi Sani and The Culture Tree to learn about Diwali. Sample treats and hear author Sarah Thomas and Anu Sehgal read and sign their books. Plus, there’ll be coloring for kids.
