Rooftop tennis. Skyline views. Refreshments and a chance to win tickets to the final matches. It’s all happening at our pop-up tennis court presented by Chase Sapphire, Heineken, and Grey Goose on The Rooftop at Pier 17 from September 6–9.

Outside of scheduled events and promotions (see below), the tennis court will be open to the public for free play and practice on a first come, first served basis. Rackets and tennis balls will be provided.
Remember that tennis is a physical sport and the Seaport assumes no responsibility for any injuries or loss of personal property when using the tennis court.

It beats your other plans for a morning workout. Don’t miss this chance to hit the court on the Rooftop during these limited free play time slots — available on a first come, first served basis. No need to bring your own racket or tennis balls, just grab a tennis partner, and come on up for this incredible chance to play with the most dramatic backdrop in NYC.
No registration is required. Please limit court time to 30min.
Heineken Free Play
4pm – 7pm | Wednesday, Sept 6
All are welcome at this afternoon of community free play on the Rooftop at Pier 17 presented by Heineken. Meet fellow tennis aficionados and brush up on your aim, because you’ll want to enter the target-hitting contest, with two tickets to the final matches up for grabs. Enjoy Heineken Silver and 0.0 post-play or while you take in all the action. Snacks and drink concessions available, and all the pro action will be playing live on the stage screens.
No registration is required. Must be 21+ to participate.

Are you a Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmember? Lace up your lucky tennis shoes and get ready to warm up, because special Rooftop Tennis Court packages are available for purchase. Packages include court time, a clinic with a tennis pro and other perks. Refreshments will be available.
