Social Media Effects on Kids – Parent Talk Hosted By
NewYork-Presbyterian

Even better: as the kids jump it out, parents can join a discussion on ways social media and screen time impact children’s brain development, featuring Dr. Heidi Bender, a certified neuropsychologist from NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine. Give your kids an engaging experience off their screens, while you learn why and how to reduce the negative effects of screen time on children of all ages. Parents can enjoy a complimentary cocktail while attending the talk, with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Parents are welcome to join the talk about social media’s effects on kids and adolescents, even if their kids aren’t attending the Summer Recess event.
