How do I become a Seaport Insider?

To be eligible for the Seaport Insider program, you must live or work near the Seaport, in any of the following zip codes: 10013, 10002, 10004, 10005, 10006, 10007, 10038, 10280

It is free to participate in the Seaport Insider program. To sign up, you must complete the form on the website at which includes providing:

  • A valid email address
  • Full name
  • Mailing address with postal code

After enrolling, members will receive a digital card that can be added to an Android or Apple iPhone wallet.

 

What if I want a physical card?

Members may opt to receive a physical card when filling out the enrollment form, which customers can expect to receive in the mail approximately 2-4 weeks after signing up.

 

How do I claim discounts and offers?

In order to claim offers at participating businesses, members must show their digital or physical card at the point of purchase. The offers are subject to change at the discretion of the participating businesses. Occasionally, special offers will be shared via email to the email address shared upon enrollment. Retailers reserve the right to refuse offers to any guest, at any time.

 

Where can I find all the offers?

The most current list of offers can be found here. The offers are subject to change at the discretion of the participating businesses. Occasionally, special offers will be shared via email to the email address shared upon enrollment. Changes to offers will be updated on the Seaport website, though there is no guarantee that the list will be accurate at all times. The Howard Hughes Corporation will attempt to notify active members of major changes, but will not be liable for failure to do so.

 

What if I lose my physical card?

Replacement cards can be requested by emailing [email protected] and providing the name, email address and mailing address used with the original request.

 

What if a retailer won’t give me an offer that is on the website?

Retailers reserve the right to refuse offers to any guest, at any time. If a retailer rejects an offer, you may report to [email protected].

 

Can my membership be cancelled or revoked?

The Howard Hughes Corporation reserves the right to terminate any Seaport Insider’s account at any time for reasons that include, but are not limited to:

  • supplying false or misleading information
  • Misuse or abuse of this Seaport Insider program
  • Violation of any law or regulation in connection with the use of Seaport Insider offers
  • commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Seaport Insider program
  • physical, verbal or written abuse of Seaport properties or personnel, or action in any other way to the detriment of the program as determined by The Howard Hughes Corporation at its sole discretion
